Meet the new Dual Sport

The 2021 Dual Sport, Trek’s ultra-capable hybrid bike built for casual riders, commuters, and fitness riders alike, launches to consumers this summer!

Dual Sport offers customers the ability to conquer a wide variety of rides at an extremely approachable price point. Plus, it emphasizes comfort with a more upright seated position, a suspension fork (with lockout on select models), and ergonomic grips and saddle. No matter what kind of ride they’re about to take, a rider can be confident that they’ll be comfortable in whatever they’re wearing—no kit required.

It comes with a faster parts package than the typical mountain bike but maintains mountain bike aesthetics and features, including internal cable routing for a crisp, clean look. Customizability goes hand-in-hand with versatility, as rack and fender mounts, a spot for a kickstand, and an integrated speed sensor make it easy to customize Dual Sport for any way your customer wants to ride.

Women’s models offer the same performance and versatility as their mainline counterpart, with women’s specific touchpoints including a saddle and narrower handlebars, for an easy fit right from the start.  The curved top tube previously found on all Dual Sport women’s models is now found in size small bikes across all models – women’s and standard frames. This provides a lower stand over height for smaller size riders, no matter the gender.

We’ve also introduced all new colors and graphics to the line to make sure Dual Sport riders can get the look they want on the bike they want. Have a customer who’s looking for ONE bike to take them anywhere? Point them towards a Dual Sport.
